Stop what you are doing, drop everything (including your butt) and just do yoga with the staff of PLO and Yogi Heather Baur!!  This is one of my favorite sessions so far!  You can do this in ANY chair… tall, short and even a ball chair!!

The ball chair is amazing and forces you to sit in correct posture and engage your core… if you do not, you risk falling off!  Add some yoga moves and your balance is really tested!
