Wholesale Account Application

Instructions & Information:

• To be eligible for a wholesale account with Primal Life Organics, you must be in a business that is retailing the products that you are buying, or in a business that uses the products to service the public. A business license or resale number is required, where applicable.
• To apply for a wholesale account, fill out the following form Wholesale Application.
• Please be sure to provide us with a valid email address so that we can notify you once your account has been approved and activated.
• All wholesale orders have a minimum purchase requirement of $1,000.  
• Please email us a copy of your Sales Tax Exemption form 
• Amazon Sellers: Primal Life Organics is the only retailer authorized to sell Primal Life Organics products on Amazon. We will NOT authorize any other retailers to sell our products on the Amazon Marketplace.

Please Note:  Once your Wholesale application is approved, you will receive the wholesale agreement/pricing list to sign.  You will then receive a Welcome email  with instructions to activate your Wholesale Account.
