I wear my hair in locs so I was a bit skeptical about using this shampoo bar because I did not want to be left with product buildup and because of its moisturizing properties, did not want my hair to become a lint magnet. This is my first time using a shampoo bar, so I really didn't know what to expect. My hair felt so soft after washing! It cleansed my hair so well and left no residue or buildup (even though I have hard water). I have already ordered 2 more bars, so I don't run out.
