My husband has sensitive skin and hates putting on sunscreen because he feels like it suffocates his skin.
He absolutely loved this sunscreen. The feel, the smell and the protection all worked really well for him.
I live in Colorado where it's easier to get sun-burned than most parts of the US because of the higher altitude. After a scare with a pre-cancerous skin mole a few years ago, I learned to take sun protection pretty seriously. At the same time, I've been trying to live as much of a natural, chemical-free lifestyle as I possibly can. Sun protection has been a major challenge in that area. I've tended to gravitate towards the products made for kids/babies which have less junk in them, but they still have junk in them nonetheless.
Having found out about this company last August and being impressed so far with their products, I decided to give their sun protection stick a try. I bought one in early June and have used it now for a pool day, several rounds of golf, yard work, and a hike.
So far, I can honestly say this stick works every bit as well as any comparable SPF 50/70 product I've used in the past. The difference is there isn't any junk in this product which is HUGE.
The way I use it is to rub "streaks" on my skin, leaving gaps of about 1/2" (or slightly more) between streaks, and then I use my hands to rub it all in until the white color mostly vanishes. So far that's worked great, and I haven't gotten any burns at all in the areas where I've used it.
(I did solicit my wife's help to cover my back on our pool day because I couldn't reach back there well enough to get it all myself with a stick, but it worked great and my back didn't get burned.)

We bought this for our week long trip to the OBX in. September. I exclusively used this on my 10 month old each day we would go out and he has the cutest little sun tan now but never got burnt. I feel like this worked great for allowing good Vitamin D on the skin without damage. Blends in well enough and seemed to last a good while. I never reapplied after our initial application when we would first go out. Another older son that I forgot to apply to his legs did get burnt on the backs of his legs so we know this is what did the trick and not just lower UV rays for the day. So glad I found a super natural sunscreen that prevents sun damage but not much needed vitamin D absorption. The sun is not our enemy but we do need to respect it.
I've ordered this before and I enjoy how the shade blends in and is easily applied to areas I want to keep covered.
