Wholesale Policies

Placing A Wholesale Order- Minimum purchase amount of $400 per order. 

To order online, even if you are an existing Primal Life Organics customer, please fill out this form so we can create a wholesale web account for you. If you are shipping your orders to Ohio, you will be charged tax on your orders. Add-Ons: Once an order is entered it is not possible to change or add to it. Please check your order carefully before completing. Fresh Made: Please remember Primal Life Organics makes all products FRESH when ordered. It may take up to 4 weeks to make a large wholesale order for delivery.  Please keep this in mind when re-ordering.


Primal Life Organics will be closed on these holidays: New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. You can continue to place your orders with us online, but they will not be processed until the following business day.

Payment Terms

Online orders for wholesale customers must be paid by credit card, unless other terms have already been established.

Quantity Price Breaks

When logged into your wholesale account, you will be able to see all standard wholesale price breaks for each item on the corresponding product page for the Wholesale Tier (A, B, or C) you have been assigned. If your purchase amount has increased to the next Tier, please contact us to be placed in the appropriate pricing Tier.

Wholesale Pricing Tiers

Wholesale A: $400-$2499 (~40% off MSRP)

Wholesale B: $2500-$10k (~45% off MSRP)

Wholesale C: $10k+ (~50% off MSRP)


Shipping & Handling

All shipping rates are calculated using FedEx real-time rate technology and an estimated shipping weight. The shipping choices available to you will vary based on your location and the items you have in your cart.


Shipping can take 3-4 weeks from the time the order is placed.  Primal Life Organics makes all products FRESH when ordered.  For large orders, this process can take up to 4 weeks.  

Simple Returns & Credits

We not only guarantee the quality of our products, but we also guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, be assured that, with your assistance, we will resolve the problem quickly and easily. We will promptly issue a refund, credit, or replacement, whichever you prefer. However, we do not refund special order items or shipping charges.  Our policy is to issue a 75% refund of your purchase price.  Primal Life Organics makes products fresh when ordered and will not resell returned goods.  Since we dispose of returned products, we do charge a 25% return fee.  Returns must be handles within 14 days from shipment of our facility. To ensure that your returns are handled quickly and effectively, please be prepared to provide the order number, invoice number, and a brief reason for the return. Please follow instructions and requirements listed below:

  1. Customer Service must approve all returns and will do so by issuing a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which must be marked on the outside of each box. Please call us at 330-238-3101 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, or via email to obtain an RMA number.
  2. To receive credit, you must contact Customer Service within 14 days of the ship date. No credit or returns are allowed after 14 days.
  3. No returns will be accepted for special order items.

Order Damages

We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during shipping. We strongly recommend that you always inspect your shipment before signing. If any exterior damage is visible, we recommend you not accept the shipment; and, if there is interior damage, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you.
