Primal Life Organics will be closed on these holidays: New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. You can continue to place your orders with us online, but they will not be processed until the following business day.
Online orders for wholesale customers must be paid by credit card, unless other terms have already been established.
All shipping rates are calculated using FedEx real-time rate technology and an estimated shipping weight. The shipping choices available to you will vary based on your location and the items you have in your cart.
Shipping can take 2-3 weeks from the time the order is placed.
We not only guarantee the quality of our products, but we also guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, be assured that, with your assistance, we will resolve the problem quickly and easily. We will promptly issue a refund, credit, or replacement, whichever you prefer. However, we do not refund special order items or shipping charges. Returns must be handles within 14 days from shipment of our facility.
