Refunds/Exchanges

Primal Life Organics is 100% committed to your satisfaction. We strive to make the best and highest quality skincare products. Because we manufacture personal care products, we are unable to offer refunds on open and used products. However, we are devoted to helping each customer find the product(s) that work with their body chemistry and fit the needs of their lifestyle. Primal Life Organics provides over 100 different natural solutions for skincare, dental care, hair care, baby care, outdoor and men and the possibilities are endless!
We find that most of our customers are obsessed with our quality and their results and we are confident we can find better fit for what you are looking for. Please do not hesitate to reach out for recommendations! We love your skin and want you to love how you feel and what you see!
• Unopened items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please email our Natural Happiness Team for a Return Authorization Number
• Opened items can be returned for an exchange up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If the item you are exchanging your purchase for is more than the price of the product you are returning, we will invoice you for the remainder due. Your item will not ship until your invoice is paid in full.
• Primal Life Organics e-Gift Cards, Samples, Discontinued Products, select items, Tasters and Mini Sizes and all products under $10 purchase price cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If you received a gift with purchase, and choose to make a return, the gift must be included with the return to receive a full refund. If you choose to keep the gift, your refund will be deducted the full retail price of the gift product.
• Please read all ingredients carefully before placing an order. We are sensitive your sensitivities, but your sensitivities are ultimately your responsibility.
Please do not return merchandise until you have been emailed a “Return Authorization” number and confirmation for your return.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received, we will notify you by email. If you are eligible for a return your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Note: this is only for un-opened items. Opened items are not eligible for a full refund, only exchange.

Shipping charges are not refundable and those orders that qualified for Free Shipping, the shipping charges will be deducted from the return. All returns must have at least 50% remaining or a refund/credit will not be valid.

DAMAGED ITEMS- When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

Please Note: Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, unless the return is a result of our error.

We are unable to refund or replace packages that show as "delivered" by the parcel carrier's tracking system. The customer must open a claim with the parcel carrier in the event of a non-receipt package that has been marked as delivered.
