If Zoodle making wasn’t fun enough, Zucchini Breakfast Casserole is worth the time and effort! FreZoodlessh zucchini picked from my garden and Brunty Farm fresh eggs made this an instant favorite for my husband and I.

Later on that day, Baked Zucchini Fries with Bloomin Onion Dipping Sauce was yet again another win!
