Shipping orders the same day! We apologize but we are unable to change orders once they are placed.
We manufacture products in small batches by hand and we are navigating some challenges with obtaining inventory, ingredients and staff. Please know we are doing our best to maintain our extremely high standards while getting your products made and shipped out to you.
- If your order has shipped, delivery carrier delays are out of our control. Please allow extra time to receive your order once it leaves our warehouse.
- If your tracking has no activity for more than 4 business days, email email@example.com with the subject TRACKING and we will assist you. Please understand that we do not get any more information than you do from shipping carriers.
- Lost or Stolen package and paid for Route Insurance? Go to https://claims.route.com/ to start your claim.
- International customers- it can take 6-8 weeks to receive your packages due to current customs.
