“My Skin Always Looks Flawless, Healthy, and Glowing…”

“I purchased this combo after hearing Liz Wolfe's rave review about the two of them together. I had tried C-Ex as a sample from Liz when she came to Portland for the live Balanced Bites podcast and was very happy with it. Like, needed it. Then the two of them went on sale together and it was the best day ever! I use the Coffee Serum in the am which isn't too oily to put make-up over and it smells like a jar of coffee beans. Then at night I put on the C-Ex. The next morning, my skin always looks flawless, healthy and glowing! Thank you for this miraculous combo!” Rachel

And Liz Wolfe adds, “WOW! This is an incredible combo. Coffee brightens and softens (and is amazing under makeup), C-Ex renews and repairs with the power of natural vitamin C.”

Put a double-whammy on your skin care with this morning and evening combination, now available together. Click the Add to Cart button now!

TIPS FOR USE/PREGNANCY WARNING

C-EX VITAMIN C FACE SERUM

Note: There will be a small brown sediment in C-ex and this is normal.  It is an infusion of berries and we ultra strain the infused oil, however, a small amount of residual sediment is expected (and actually very good for the skin!).  Think of it as the Super-Food elixir!  Please shake well before use to ensure proper mixing.

**Because both experts believe in nourishing a healthy, non-toxic pregnancy, we offer a pregnancy version void of ingredients not recommended for use during the nine months of creation.

**Pregnancy Formula made without Jasmine EO, Carrot Seed EO, Myrrh EO, Spikenard EO**

INGREDIENTS

COFEE BEAN SERUM:  Argan Oil*, Collagen Protein, Arabica Coffee Seed Oil*

*Certified Organic

Argan, the Beauty Oil of the Berbers, is rich in anti-aging squalene, vitamins and essential fatty acids (EFAs) that helps restore skin's own elasticity and tone.  These EFAs are not produced by the body or production is greatly reduced as we age. Pressed from green aribica coffee beans, our Coffee Bean Serum provides skin powerful anti-oxidants and helps improve blood circulation to the facial tissue and delicate eye area.

Arabica Coffee Seed Oil possesses a remarkable ability to nourish, moisturize and improve skin elasticity, improves skin tone and gives your skin a very healthy glow.  It re-balances pH and is rich in phytosterols that promote excellent moisture retention, quick penetration and good adherence within cosmetic applications. Furthermore, coffee seed oil helps combat UV damage to improve the strength, resilience, and elasticity of your facial skin.

Collagen is a major structural protein in the skin. It plays a key role in providing the structural scaffolding for cells, tissues, and organs.  Collagen also gives the skin its strength and durability and is responsible for the smooth, plump appearance of young, healthy skin.

Rosehip Seed Oil has incredible skin rejuvenating properties and is a safe solution to repair the skin's surface, restore skin elasticity, protect against sun damage, reduce scars and prevent wrinkles and signs of aging. Rosehip Seed Oil is the only vegetable oil that contains natural Retinoic acid (vitamin A acid). It is also the best vegetable source of omega 3 and a great source of omega 6 and vitamin C.

Maracuja Oil works to rejuvenate and even out skin tone, while its infusion of vitamin C brightens the skin. It is rich in EFAs which are known to replenish and recharge the skin. It is powerfully anti-aging as well as hydrating, quenching dry skin without leaving a greasy or filmy feel.

Blackberry Seed Oil is cold pressed from the seed of the berry fruit, and it possesses a unique combination of antioxidants and EFAs including vitamin C, vitamin E, tocopherols, tocotrienols and a variety of carotenoids.

Acai Berries are an excellent source of calcium, iron, vitamins B1, B2 and B3, vitamin C and E and EFAs (specifically Omegas 6 & 9). These powerful components can help combat signs of aging by improving skin's overall moisture, health and appearance. Additionally, the vitamin C found in Acai Berries is stable and helps to rejuvenate and revitalize the skin while improving cell regeneration. Acai Berries also contain large amounts of antioxidants which help to protect the skin against free radical damage and oxidation of the cells.

Mango Butter contains high levels of antioxidants and beneficial vitamins A, C, and E. Mango Butter contains natural emollient qualities that help to moisturize the skin (without clogging pores) and promote cell regeneration. It also helps to improve skin and hair elasticity, and induce new, healthy cell growth.

Goji Berries are known as the most powerful food for anti-aging. The antioxidants, fatty acids, vitamins and minerals that it contains makes it very beneficial in slowing down the aging process. Goji Berry is also known to be effective in preventing macular degeneration that can be caused due to the process of aging.

Mulberries are an excellent source of vitamin C. The vitamin C found in mulberries plays an important role in tissue strength, because it boosts the synthesis of collagen required for healthy cartilage and skin. Mulberries also contain riboflavin (vitamin B-2) which helps defend your tissues against free radicals, which damage your cells and contribute to aging.

Golden Berries contain carotene, bioflavanoids, vitamins A and C and potassium. Golden berries are high in phosphorous, calcium, and vitamins A, C, B1, B2, and B6. They are antioxidants as well as anti-inflammatory.

Maqui Berries are highly antioxidant, as well as anti-inflammatory. The antioxidants and phytochemicals in Maqui Berries help to protect against and reduce cell damage, making the skin look younger for longer.

Camu Camu comes from the Camu Camu Berry which is packed with vitamin C. Since it has a high concentration of vitamin C, it helps to brighten, smooth, firm and improve the appearance of uneven skin tone, fine lines and wrinkles. Camu Powder is also antiseptic, meaning that it kills bacteria.

Jasmine Oil effectively helps fade scars and stretch marks, improve skin elasticity and tone, balance skin's moisture to naturally reduce dryness, and treat eczema and dermatitis. It is antiseptic, antidepressant, antispasmodic and an aphrodisiac. It also has antibacterial properties.

Neroli Oil is renowned for helping to reduce redness and irritation and is an effective essential oil in the treatment of both scars and mature skin. Neroli contains several natural chemicals, the most prominent being citral. This offers natural healing for dry, sensitive skin, and triggers the growth of new healthy skin cells. Not only does Neroli help fade scars, but it also regenerates new cells and improves the health of those already present. Neroli will refresh and smooth tired skin and repair broken capillaries as well as treat wrinkles and aging skin.

Geranium Oil is often used to soothe inflammation and irritated skin due to its healing nature and analgesic properties. Properties of the herb help to increase blood circulation and skin elasticity. When added to massage oil, Geranium Oil acts to reduce dry skin and sagging by retaining moisture in the skin. This botanical also helps fight wrinkles when added as an ingredient to skin moisturizers and toners.

Ylang Ylang Oil helps improve the structure and appearance of aging skin. Ylang-ylang has a toning effect and can balance the production of sebum. It is an antiseptic and a sedative. Ylang-ylang can be used on all skin types and is helpful when treating stubborn boils, acne, eczema, and other skin irritations.

Acerola is derived from the Acerola Cherry which is a tropical superfood and is one of the world's best natural sources of vitamin C. This antioxidant, along with the antioxidant quercitin, helps to neutralize free radicals (toxins that may cause cell damage), promote growth of healthy new skin cells, and increase the healing rate of scars. Topical vitamin C may also help in the formation of collagen, and may block the production of melanin, both of which function to enhance healthy skin.

Mangosteen fruit from the antioxidant rich, exotic, purple mangosteen is one of the best super foods to fight free radicals and heal damaged cells. Rich in essential vitamins and nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium and magnesium, it helps fight inflammation, slow signs of aging, and has anti-fungal, anti-microbial and anti-bacterial properties.

Buriti Oil is rich in many nutrients including EFAs, vitamins and beta-carotene. This oil can be used to treat burns, dry skin, sun damage, aging skin, rashes, eczema and psoriasis. It has calming, soothing and regenerating properties, and it anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and photoprotective.

Carrot Seed Oil is high in both vitamins and minerals and is considered to be one of the best oils to rejuvenate and regenerate skin tissue. It helps to remove toxic build-up in the skin, improving the skin’s complexion. It can also be used to soothe burns, blisters and scars, and is suitable for all skin types, especially dry and aging skin.

Frankincense Oil has incredible properties that can rejuvenate skin and prevent and fade scars. It is cytophylactic: it promotes regeneration of healthy cells and keeps the existing cells and tissues healthy.

Myrrh Oil has soothing and astringent action which makes it excellent for relieving a wide variety of skin conditions, including chapped, or cracked skin. Myrrh helps fade scars and age spots and is excellent for treating skin ailments such as rashes. Myrrh is also a skin tonic - it strengthens and enlivens skin cells.

Palmarosa Oil moisturizes the skin while balancing the hydration levels and stimulates cell regeneration. It balances the production of sebum, and helps to keep the skin supple and elastic. It is extremely valuable for use with acne, dermatitis, to prevent scarring, rejuvenation and regeneration of the skin, as well as help fight minor skin infections.

Spikenard Oil harmonizes and balances all skin function with its regenerative qualities. It is antibacterial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory. It has rejuvenating properties that help to smooth mature, wrinkled skin, and rehydrate taut, thin facial skin. It can soothe irritated rashes and help heal dry, scaly skin. Spikenard Oil also helps to cool and calm inflammation and allergic reactions on the skin.

Mimosa Oil nourishes and softens the skin and helps to soothe inflamed or sensitive areas

Sandalwood Oil softens dry skin and can be used as a moisturizer to diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. This superior herb also promotes the formation of new skin cells. High in sesquiterpene compounds, sandalwood increases circulation and gives skin a smoother look. Sesquiterpenes stimulate activity in the pituitary and hypothalamus glands, thereby boosting natural production of human growth hormone (HGH), which normally slows as individuals age. Results of a milestone clinical trial published in the July 1990 issue of the "New England Journal of Medicine" showed that HGH increases skin thickness and elasticity. Thicker skin tends to have fewer wrinkles.
