V4 Real White Teeth Whitening System

1.        Brush teeth with Dirty Mouth Toothpowder

2.        Wipe teeth dry with a towel or cloth.

3.        Apply Real White Gel to the mouthpiece. (See specific directions below.)

4.        Insert the mouthpiece into your mouth. Do not bite.

5.        Turn on and select your treatment: 16 RED (soothes gums), 16 BLUE (whitens teeth and supports microbiome), or 32 RED/BLUE (all benefits).

6.        Remove the mouthpiece after 16 minutes. Rinse your teeth with warm water. 

7.        Wash the mouthpiece, and separate the silicone mouthguard.  Wash the silicone with a plant-based soap.  Wipe the mouthpiece with a damp cloth. 

8.        Do not submerge the black electronic mouthpiece in water.

Real White Gel Pods

1.     Twist the cap to open the gel pod.

2.     Each pod contains enough gel for two whitening treatments.

3.     Apply 1/2 of the pod gel directly to your teeth or a quarter of the pod to the top of the mouth tray and another quarter to the bottom of the mouth tray.

Save the other half of your pod for the next treatment.

Dental Floss Picks

We recommend alternating flossing BEFORE and AFTER you brush. Flossing before you brush will remove plaque and tartar from between the teeth and you will brush it away. Flossing AFTER you brush will carry the minerals from your toothpowder between your teeth and help strengthen the enamel.

Directions for Flossing:

1.        Gently guide the flosser between the gum and the tooth.

2.        Use a “C” shaped motion to clean above and below the gum line.

3.        Remove floss and repeat on each tooth.

4.        Rinse flosser as needed.

Directions for Toothpick:

1.        Place tip of pick between teeth and gum line.

2.        Use a gentle in and out motion to remove plaque and food particles.

3.        Repeat motion and rinse flosser as needed. 

1 oz. Toothpowder

1.        Wet your toothbrush.

2.        Shake off excess water. 

3.        Dip the tip (1/2-2/3 of the brush) in the toothpowder.

4.        Brush for 2 minutes.

5.        Spit, rinse and SMILE!

Phthalimidoperoxycaproic acid (PAP) is derived from caproic acid used as a bleaching agent to whiten the look of the teeth.  While Caproic acid is a fatty acid found naturally in various animal fats and oils, we want to be able to provide a safe alternative to peroxide and bleach to everyone (including vegans!).

The PAP used in Real White gel is a synthetic organic peroxy acid derived from caproic acid and phthalimide produced from coconut.

Baking soda (aluminum-free) is alkaline with a pH of 8.1 and will neutralize the acids in the mouth. Baking soda gently cleanses and polishes the teeth, removes odors, and can help freshen the breath.
