How to STOP being a Fat-Producer 

You lose weight, only to gain it back.  The frustration makes you want to give up, yet the feeling of losing the unwanted fat keeps you getting back on the merry-go-round. It's possible your body is making fat cells as fast as you burn them to protect you... all because you are holding onto too many toxins.  

I am going to tell you what no one is telling you about your fat and water weight.

In order to sustain a healthy weight, you need to rid yourself of unwanted toxins.  Your body will hold onto fat and excess water (bloating) to dilute the toxins and protect your vital organs.

If you do not detox daily, your body will store excess toxins in your fat, produce more when needed, and dilute it with holding onto water.  This cycle will continue as long as you are toxic.

Your body stores fat for a few reasons:
